In cooperation with the Foundation for the Philosophy of Creativity, the AIPCT is pleased to announce the Fourth Lewis Hahn Memorial Lecture. With a grant from the FPC, the program has been expanded and will continue in future years to include a mini-conference dedicated to the work of the selected lecturer. This year’s lecturer is Douglas R. Anderson, Professor and Chair of Philosophy and Religion, and head of the Environmental Philosophy program at the University of North Texas. The date is Saturday July 21, 2018, and will include papers by Steven Miller (Ripon College, Wisconsin) at 10 AM, Michael Ventimiglia (Sacred Heart University, Connecticut) at 1:30 PM, and John Kaag (University of Massachusetts, Lowell) at 3:30 PM. The Hahn Lecture itself will be at 7:00 PM. All events are free and open to the public, although donations to the FPC in support of the lecture series are welcome. Titles of papers and further information on the speakers will be forthcoming.
